Black chart without seeing prices despite seeing indicators updating

Hi you can help me as the chart "range for standard bar (in tick)) that has always worked is no longer displayed.You open the PAGE SAVED WITH MY INDICATORS, ABOVE I DO NOT SEE THE MATTRESS GRAPHIC but I SEE ONLY the black chart with on the right the price that changes.
Can you please help me to solve the problem? thank you so much

Please some people may have understood why in one day or another the price window is completely black despite the indicators updating as well as the price on the axis of the right ya. Thanks a lot!

Follow the instructions here for resetting the scales:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Chart Bars or Studies Not Completely within View, Not Displayed, or Cut Off. Reset Scales.

Thanks Sierra for the kind reply but I have not solved the problem! I have uploaded old CHARTBOOK but the price window is always black, but the indicators and the price on the right in number is updated. The inconvenience was born when the subscription expired and I renewed after a few days. Any face representation, Candles food print etc etc ... the graphic window is always all black. Thanks if you want to help me

ps I followed all the instructions of the link you mentioned above, but it is "all correct" but the graph is always black.

Okay we now realize what the problem is. Apparently you are using the Numbers Bars study which requires Sierra Chart service Package 5. Should we change your service package to 5 now?

Thanks for the kind reply, but I do not think the problem is seen, I do not even see the candlestick charts. With the old subscription I saw them perfectly and for safety before paying I asked your sales support if the basic package was enough and you confirmed yes. For a trial you can extend to package 5 for a few days so I do a trial thank you very much

For that chart that is blank go to Analysis >> Studies. Do you see the Numbers Bars study on the chart?
