Thanks Sierra for the kind reply but I have not solved the problem! I have uploaded old CHARTBOOK but the price window is always black, but the indicators and the price on the right in number is updated. The inconvenience was born when the subscription expired and I renewed after a few days. Any face representation, Candles food print etc etc ... the graphic window is always all black.
