Hi I currently have a chartbook with about 30 fx pairs using the FXCM forex data. I set the session times from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59. I was wondering if I could replicate the tickers, studies, charts,and all the other objects onto another DB except having session times from 17:15:00 to 17:00:00 to replicate IB's trading hours. I still would like to keep FxCM as the data source for the 2nd DB. Thanks. |

You can make a copy of the Chartbook or you can duplicate charts within the Chartbook. Refer to: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_ChartMenu.html http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_Chartbooks.html You can set up the Session Times for the symbols in Global Symbol Settings: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php Once those are set up, you can go to each chart and then use Chart >> Chart Settings >> Apply Global Symbol Settings to set the session times.
