I received a file from another Sierra user, but it doesn't appear as one of my files when I reopen Sierra. I think I followed all the instructions and am not in Safe Mode. I see the file name in Account Control Panel, though, as if I have it.

So you do not see it listed in File >> Open Chartbook?

If not, then restart Sierra Chart and force the login:
Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Forced Login

You should see messages in the Window >> Message Log indicating that the file is being downloaded.

Okay...thanks, now I got it....but wrong symbol so it doesn't open. I have to figure out how to change the symbol
