I was looking to utilize my new computer that has a 16 core chip. Right now it is only using 1 core for sierra, and need to be using my whole system when market data is fast and thick to reduce any slow period or delay in data feed. I read on your website that you have to sign in multiple different times to use multiple core technology. Can you explain if this is possible in order to take advantage of multiple core technology?

Sierra Chart does already used 2 threads for data feed processing and data feed processing uses the least amount of CPU time which is next to nothing. You have nothing to be concerned with. The data feed is processed as fast as possible already. If there is an issue it would be external and refer to help topic 4:
Prices / Data Falling Behind

Our servers process several hundred thousand symbols as compared to a few symbols by a user and the servers only use about 2% CPU usually. Data feed processing takes very little time.
