Hi,

I have recently received a ton of messages from bitmex server recently, which may cause my IP to be banned from bitmex server since I got 403 forbidden on bitmex website shortly after I received these messages. This has happened twice to me. Please help.

Below is an excerpt of my message log. During this period I couldn't close my message log because the messages kept coming.

I have been banned for more than 4 hours and the reason they gave me is some errors are repeatedly ignored so they blocked me from their server. I highly suspect the errors above were the cause of this problem. Please clarify and help me to prevent it from happening.

Further information:

I have "chart trade mode" and "show order and position" on all the time. I just checked and somehow I accidentally have "auto trading - global" and "auto trading chart" on, but I only trade manually.

The error messages you have provided us in that Message Log are not the reason for the problem. The above errors do not really make sense to us and we are adding additional logging.

Thanks for your reply. So you are saying that you don't know the reason why I received those messages ? Is there any further information that I can provide for investigation ?

No we do not. We do not know the BitMex system in regards to an issue like this. And we do not spend our valuable time chasing after nonsense problems from other services.

But the next release will have additional logging so we can know what particular message those field errors are from. But probably this doesn't really change anything as far as helping with this.
