Funded dorman account with cts t4 low cost data

Spoke with broker and they "unlocked" my account after too many failed login attempts.

The current error i am getting appears to be due to the trade window being "unset". Please advice.

Your account has gotten locked again by CTS. Can you contact your clearing firm and have them unlock your CTS account from logging in.

After that, this is the main problem:
Login failed: Trader does not have permission to access this application

Contact your broker have them allow your CTS trading account to have access to the Application Name: sierrachartonly.

Not sure if this is any progress, but the new log it attached below. (dorman claim to have switched me to dtc and reset account).

BTW, i believe there is confusion on whether the "low cost model" is t4 or just Cts, and furthermore whether its fixed or dtc. From what i have read in your documentation it is DTC . . . . regardless the account is "unset" and i cannot place orders.

This is still the problem:

Once again tell them this:

Contact your broker have them allow your CTS trading account to have access to the Application Name: sierrachartonly.

This is out of our control. And this is what CTS says that has to be done. Why do clearing firms struggle with this we have absolute no idea.

Hi XXXX, unfortunately you are telling me two different things. On Friday we spoke and you said that you wanted full access to cts which I had changed back to you. Now you are saying you want sierra charts only which is what I had you on Thursday and Friday before you and your friend had me switch it from sierra charts only to sierra/cts.

Dorman has changed this connection around 3 times already and nothing has worked out yet so there is something going on with what you are trying to do. If you want sierra only then you can only log onto sierra and never to cts which your friend said you did not want.

So please let me know as the connection on Dorman has been ok every time. I can switch to sierra charts only again let me know

We think it is easiest for them just to enable both SierraChart and SierraChartOnly. Our understanding is they can do that. This is what we recommend. There should be no cost for this. At least we do not think so. But maybe there is. But in any case you should just need SierraChartOnly.

Spoke with Sierra AGAIN and there is only one reason the orders are getting rejected:

CTS Trading - DTC | CTS server logon result: Login failed: Trader does not have permission to access this application |

The only possible solution to this issue is that CTS must grant permission to Sierra Charts or SierraChartsOnly. Please read the response from sierra chart support:

We think it is easiest for them just to enable both SierraChart and SierraChartOnly. Our understanding is they can do that. This is what we recommend. There should be no cost for this. At least we do not think so. But maybe there is. But in any case you should just need SierraChartOnly

Therefore, please speak with CTS and let them know we would like to use the DTC connection, and we need them to grant our sierra chart permission. Simple.

If there is still confusion on this issue then we should setup a call with CTS, yourself, and XXXX to resolve it. However, given the very clear error log message, the solution should be very obvious.
