Hi Sierra, This is the response i received from the broker . . . I would appreciate if you could double check what i need and i will forward your response along to them. Just to recap, i am looking for the "low-cost" connection. Sorry for the hassle, but it appears there is confusion. Thanks in advance. Hi XXXX, unfortunately you are telling me two different things. On Friday we spoke and you said that you wanted full access to cts which I had changed back to you. Now you are saying you want sierra charts only which is what I had you on Thursday and Friday before you and your friend had me switch it from sierra charts only to sierra/cts. Dorman has changed this connection around 3 times already and nothing has worked out yet so there is something going on with what you are trying to do. If you want sierra only then you can only log onto sierra and never to cts which your friend said you did not want. So please let me know as the connection on Dorman has been ok every time. I can switch to sierra charts only again let me know <end email> Please note, the above email was in response to forwarding them your last solution: "Contact your broker have them allow your CTS trading account to have access to the Application Name: sierrachartonly.
