Prefix Text is locked on a previous text setting. Can't change this text - it keeps reverting to the former value.. Thanks

This problem returned in the latest update. v 1815 32-bit It was resolved in a previous version. Study Text Display for Study Prefix Text is LOCKED TO A PREVIOUS VALUE. Therefore adding a new TEXT study is a problem see encl. pic Thanks |

We finally understand the reason for this problem. There was no response earlier because we could not reproduce this and we had looked into this previously and really did not know what the issue was in your case. If you were to reset the study back to default and remove it from the chart and add it again, it will resolve the issue. We are implementing a solution in the next release.
