No Historical calendar spreads through CQG Fix data feed

I am able to get current/future calendar spreads. I am not able to get historic calendar spreads. I have an active CQG Fix connection through Amp. I have Package 3 with Sierra historical data service also i think (i can see historic outrights like CLEZ14.. no problem) How can i get the data? If its a data subscription issue, how do i get this enabled? If I need to get SC extended historic calendar data as an add, do i get it through Amp or directly through you (and how much?) Will I get this automatically if I subscribe to Package 5 through Amp? Can someone from Sierra comment if I can get additional historical spread data directly from Sierra as an addition to the CQG Fix connection from Amp and what would be my next steps

1) Can I have a separate account to get SC historical data since Amp will not assist.. with no real time CME data? 2) If yes, then can this be counted as my 2nd account and I pay $20/month 3) I am not able to open another account since my primary is controlled my amp - maybe someone I can call someone who can walk me through this 4) Does this have to be on a 2nd instance of Sierra since my other account is through Amp with CQG feed? |

1. Yes. Just follow through the instructions here: Direct Sierra Chart Account 2. You just need to pay for the one Sierra Chart direct account. You can continue to use a single instance for both CQG and historical spreads. Here is an example symbol format: ZSX18-ZSF19.FUT_SPREAD.CBOT You do not need to pay for the Sierra Chart Exchange data feed if you can deduce the symbol format and you just need historical data.
