under global settings / general settings / alerts / general 3 none of the default sound files work when test sound is pressed if I add a second instance of sierra then all sound tests work perfectly Any suggestions on what may be wrong? |

Sounds like an operating system level issue. Just make sure that the sound files are within the AlertSounds subfolder that Sierra Chart is installed to on your system.
