I have multiple accounts with TD Ameritrade. I am unable to connect to one of the accounts. I am able to connect to the other accounts. I have submitted a log file for analysis.

I have verified I am able to connect to the account via a web browser and contacted TD. They indicated it is an issue with Sierra.

We do not control these connections. TD Ameritrade has to explain why there is a problem. You just need to follow through the step-by-step instructions here:

Maybe you have a wrong username or password.
