Hi support,

I recently took a position with the same account (CQG) on a different platform and since then my sierrachart has gone haywire as it comes to displaying all the fills, and the stats are now wrong too.

Can you please tell me how I fix this?
Thanks.

No because we do not know what is meant by "haywire". This is not a usable term for us. And in general really we cannot help with this. CQG does not provide a method to access historical order fills beyond one day. Refer to:
Trade Activity Log: Missing Order Fills from Trade Activity Log

Also the Trades list and Trade Statistics in the Trade Activity Log are being rebuilt by us, and we do not want to provide any further support for those until this is released which will be at the end of this week.

By haywire I meant that there was one fill that wasn't recorded in SC and it now matched all susequent fills incorrectly.

It looks like you will be addressing this in the upcoming update as I understand it so I'm happy to wait.

It would seem to be doubtful that what we are doing is going to automatically resolve the problem. If there is a missing fill you would have to manually insert that:
