I have upgraded to 1809 and when I print a chart with Zig Zag pivot numbers, it prints massive numbers that cover the chart. I have tried Global Font and individual chart font and nothing has changed - they're set to Segoe UI 10.

any idea what I can do to get back to normal.

Thanks

forgot to say, Zig Zag text labels are set to 10 width as they always have been

There have been some underlying changes to how fonts are handled and this has caused some changes in some places. The only thing to do is to change the size for the Subgraph to a value that is more fitting. You will find the information on changing the Width of a Subgraph here: Chart Studies: Subgraphs Tab >> Line Width

Respectfully, this is an unreasonable solution.

I reduced the subgraph text label to 1 and it is illegible on the computer and therefore of no use to me. When I print it with a setting of 1 it does print very small numbers.

At 5 it is barely legible on the computer and still prints giant numbers.

I love SC but this needs to be fixed. I will revert to an earlier version until you fix this.

Thanks

I am unable, following the instructions, to determine what prior version I need to download to fix this problem.

Please advise.

Thank you

I think the numbering is now closer to word-processor convention, Size of 8 or 9 worked for me. Regards

We misunderstood what you meant. When you said Print, we thought you meant print to the computer monitor. As sometimes that is the term used when text displayed even on a monitor.

We understand the reason for the problem and we will have this resolved today.

The issue is still not resolved.

My zig zag charts with prices at the pivots used to print proportionally to the way they showed up on the screen. The prices are now gigantic and blot out the chart on paper.
