My Crude Oil charts missing days

My CLEX18 Charts are all missing data from Sept 10 thru Sept 16. I have "Continuous Contract Volume Based Rollover" checked and also checked "Automatically Rollover Futures Symbol". All my other Futures Symbols are fine. Can someone tell me what my problem might be.
