30 Year Treasury Bond Chart Issues

Whenever I open a treasury bond or note chart it appears extremely zoomed (sometimes to the point where one tick takes up the entire chart) and I am limited to viewing price action until around 12pm today. I can manually change the scale to a workable size using the vertical axis of the cart however I cant seem to scroll/scale horizontally to see past price action. The only time I can see before that is when I choose the daily or weekly chart. All other time periods restrict me to viewing 2 hours and I can not scroll horizontally. This doesn't happen to any other charts for other futures contracts. I have even tried changing the symbol of a working chart to that of a treasury bond(through the chart settings window) and I still get the same results.

For clarification

Treasury bond chart view opens in extreme zoom and limited historical view.
I cannot scroll horizontally to view past price action Except when in the Daily and Weekly chart view. (Volume charts are also restricted to around 2 hours)
I have tried converting a functioning chart to display information for the 30year bond and the chart changes into the skewed view and limited time frame.

Follow the instructions here:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Chart Bars or Studies Not Completely within View, Not Displayed, or Cut Off. Reset Scales.

We see no reason why there should be any issue like this as long as you are using an automatic scale and the scale has been reset.

You will also want to decrease the bar spacing in that chart as well.

Actually reading this again it sounds like there is a missing data issue.

Follow the instructions here:

Thank you for the reply.

I resolved the issue by changing the "Continuous Contract" setting to "Date Rule Rollover, Back Adjusted".

What is odd about this issue is that it only affected certain contracts. Specifically: E-mini DOW, all US Treasuries, and the Eurodollar. There wasn't missing data because I could view it in the Day and Weekly charts without a problem. It was when I looked at any other time frame or even chart type that the data would not appear.
