no alert on pending rollover of contract

Hello, I trade on the front of month and have my settings to not rollover automatically, now why won't my charts show an alert the ENQU18 needs to be rolled over to the December contract soon? My friends contract has a big yellow warning (symbol needs rollover, click to rollover) every time he opens the chart. |

Make sure the symbol of the chart matches a symbol you see listed in File >> Find Symbol.
