I continually get Message Logs every day, sometimes more than once a day. I will send the log through the Send Message Log feature. |

We cannot help with TD Ameritrade connection problems. If you are not trading with TD Ameritrade, then for the most stable connection for US Equities data, use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed And instead set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to SC Data-All Services, instead of TD Ameritrade. I was using TD Ameritrade because it links to SC. I am using EnigmaSignal's indicators to place automated trades. Since TD Ameritrade connection seems unreliable, can you recommend a firm that links good with SC?

We really really do not recommend to use TD Ameritrade for automated trading. The fees are too high, and we do not have confidence with the integration based on the method that TD Ameritrade provides.
