Gain Data Connection Issue

I'm able to connect to my live gain account and get a real-time data feed but the historical data download fails. The relevant log message is "Error downloading historical intraday data..." and I have sent my logs to support separately.

I have gone through the Solving Connection Problems here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GAINCapitalOECTrader.php but none are applicable. I have verified that Sierra Chart is enabled for my Gain account. I've also tried Global Settings > Symbol Settings > Update From Server, followed by disconnect and reconnect.

I've tried everything I can think of and searched the message board and can't find a solution.

Any help would be much appreciated.

You are not using the correct symbols. Open a chart for this symbol:
ESU8

Good catch on the symbol but it still doesn't download historical data from any period that I wasn't connected to Gain. Here's a screenshot of my footprint chart (for ESU18). There are zeros on all the bars when I wasn't connected. I've tried "Delete and Download Data..." by right-clicking on the chart. Also tried Global Settings > Symbol Settings > Update From Server, followed by disconnect and reconnect. I will send logs separately. In the screenshot you are still using ESU18 and not ESU8.
