Cannot connect to CTS T4 FIX

Please advise, I am trying unsuccessfully to connect to CTS T4 FIX but SC says Not Connected. I am not sure what if anything Im doing wrong. My broker AMP say they have enabled SC on my account and I have entered my CTS login details in the Data Trade Service Settings but no connection. Please help. I have sent you the log files

In general this is a matter between you, CTS and your broker. It would be rare that we would need to be involved in a connection issue like this.
