We did not change anything. And that makes completely no sense whatsoever that we would do such a thing. Really Rithmic has to explain this behavior. We have no idea about this. And we have discovered a compatibility problem with the Rithmic software and that is not possible for us to do further updates regarding Rithmic.

From our perspective, that does not prove the issue is with Sierra Chart at all. We do not see how this is even the case. The data comes from the Rithmic API which is simply not providing it.

Anyway we cannot spend any time with this and we will not. We have already looked into it. We will work soon on offering additional levels of market depth through the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.

We did not change anything. We could not. There is a compatibility issue with the Rithmic software and the current Visual C++ version and compiler settings that we use. We have no ability to do any maintenance at this time. So the Rithmic bridge program that you are using is from many months ago. It has not changed.

The issue must be on the Rithmic side. We have maintained this issue all this year and we still maintain it. We are no longer doing any further updates with Rithmic.

If you knew the technical problems we face with Rithmic development wise with compatibility, and OS errors from their API, you would realize why we do not want to support it.

We are not ready to drop support for Rithmic because of CME market data rules, many users have to rely upon it for simulated trading. But really at this point, the development with it has ceased.
