I can't open any charts. I double click for the charts and maintain as if it wants to upload but wont. Not sure if its data feed activation or technical. |

This is not completely clear to us. I can only upload my EURUSD chart with sierra charts data but the rest of the charts I can not upload them. A blue circle appears and give me a not responding message.

First thing is we do not want you to open any existing Chartbooks. Make sure Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service is set to SC Data-All Services. It is possible there is some problem with a particular study in one of the charts in the Chartbook you are opening.
