First thing is we do not want you to open any existing Chartbooks.

Make sure Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service is set to SC Data-All Services.

It is possible there is some problem with a particular study in one of the charts in the Chartbook you are opening. Refer to:

For now just create new charts. If you still have a problem, let us know.
