Intraday chart won't go back past 2018-07-10

I have an intraday chart for USD.CAD-IDEALPRO. The date range in file is 2018-07-10 to 2018-08-28. Days to load = 1000 I'm trying to get a 4 hr chart that goes back to 2017-07-10, but any date I enter prior to that date, gets reset to 2018-07-10. |

Make sure you are using the correct Forex symbol because that one is incomplete. You can see them in File >> Find Symbol.
