Hello, I am day trading CE Futures(3 months Canadian Bank Acceptance Futures) on the Montreal Exchange. I use Sierra Chart everyday to see the Historical Charts for all the CE Futures products. The Historical Charts used to update every 10-20 minutes (did not calculate exactly), so I could see the market and use the information I need. Today something happened, because my charts did not updated in 4 hours. It is a big problem for me, because I need them to update like before if I want to be able to trade. I just renewed my Sierra Chart fort 1 year and I don't know if the renewal has been done properly. I only trade this product, so right now I am without Charts and it is impossible for me to trade, and my daily job depends on it. I tried to close and re-open Sierra Chart, but it did not update the Charts, and I also tried to Reload and Recalculate the Charts. Can you please help me to fix the problem ? I am trading all the products, from U18, Z18, H19, M19, U19, Z19, H20, M20, U20, etc. All the products have not been updated the entire day, the exchange is not close, I am trading it from another platform. Ok so I don't have my problem anymore, charts are updating (after August 28th), but Tuesday August 28th, the charts did not update and yet the data is not showing on the charts (Sep 6th). It is not a good thing because I can't use this data with my indicators and it compromised my analysis. The market was open on that day, I was trading it, I don't know why it is still not downloading the data to this day. Maybe just a bug, but letting you know so maybe you can fix the problem if it happens with other products too. Anyway thank you for your help. Regards Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-09-06 12:04:59

This data originates from the Barchart Open Feed. If there was a genuine problem, and it is hard for us to verify that unless we compared to another source, that is where the issue would have been. We will let Barchart know about this. Update: message to Barchart about this: On August 28, 2018, for CE futures, there was incomplete data provided over Open Feed. We have contacted Barchart about this and they do have the missing historical data so we are filling it in now.
