Hello, I am day trading CE Futures(3 months Canadian Bank Acceptance Futures) on the Montreal Exchange. I use Sierra Chart everyday to see the Historical Charts for all the CE Futures products. The Historical Charts used to update every 10-20 minutes (did not calculate exactly), so I could see the market and use the information I need. Today something happened, because my charts did not updated in 4 hours. It is a big problem for me, because I need them to update like before if I want to be able to trade. I just renewed my Sierra Chart fort 1 year and I don't know if the renewal has been done properly. I only trade this product, so right now I am without Charts and it is impossible for me to trade, and my daily job depends on it. I tried to close and re-open Sierra Chart, but it did not update the Charts, and I also tried to Reload and Recalculate the Charts. Can you please help me to fix the problem ?
