Hello!!

Is there any way I can pre-set the Stop (all) to move up one full point automatically, once the 1st Profit Target gets filled (taken out)?

Yes. This can be done by using the Move to Breakeven For Stops settings for Attached Orders. This is documented here:

You can configure it to move the stop anywhere relative to fill price of the parent. So by doing the calculations you can make this 1 full point relative to the stop order price.
