I've contacted CTS and they said everything has been enabled on their end. CTS said they were sending you an APP, whatever that is. Is everything complete on my end till the end of the month(data)? I've attached the message log below.

The first step is for you to update to "Prerelease" 1794. Here are instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update


After the update, you will need to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to: CTS Trading-DTC.

And then set the Firm to "Cunningham Commodities".

The external service login details look fine to us. Both of them can remain. We are checking the server now to see if there was a successful login using the one for Cunningham.

I called and they had to change some settings on their end Thank You. Sierra directions say for me to use CTS T4 fix, the reply above says CTS trading-DTC I guess that no longer applies, am I correct? May I ask why no longer CTS T4 fix?

Based on the fact that CTS had provided us connection details for a common order routing FIX connection and the fact that you are using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed implies that you should be using CTS Trading-DTC. You are going to save on trading fees using that connection anyway.
