Trouble with GXBT and IB

I wanted to trade GXBT clearing with IB. GXBT-20180900-CFECRYPTO-USD-1 is the symbol i got from the sierra symbols finder. I am getting "symbol is unknown, invalid value in field #541". The chart backfills but is not realtime nor will a DOM come up. I am provisioned on the IB side and able to place trades on their platform for it. I also have the sierra futures data feed enabled on this account. |
