I'm having an issue with bars completing at the wrong time(s). For example, usually on a 60M chart, a bar should complete at the top of the hour and then a new bar should open. However, sometimes the bars are completing at the 15 minute mark or at the 30 minute mark. Why would this be? I've never seen this behaviour before. Tried deleting and reloading the data, restarting the platform, as well as switching between time zones. So far, the issue remains. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
