Using CTS and Sierra Chart historical data simultaneously

I first used Sierra Chart historical price data exclusively. I just switched to live data from CTS, this has rendered my historical data useless as the prices are moved two decimals over in the case of ES or the most recent day is missing from ZB. How do I use CTS live data while keeping sierra chart historical data as it was? I have tried full reset and various settings related to symbol list, however I don't know how to open Multiple symbol settings window?

You need to fully re-download the data in the chart. Here are instructions:

If you want to use the Sierra Chart historical Data service separately and keep that data separate from CTS, then you need to install another copy of Sierra Chart as explained in the instructions here:
