User Question Just want to know if you do stocks as I have noticed on the website that only futures are mentioned. Also do you do the Australian, Canadian and Uk stock exchange. I am Australian and need access to the ASX if I am going to be using Sierra software.

Sierra Chart supports all types of markets including stocks. Historical data is provided for those exchanges. For the London Stock exchange, there is only historical daily data available. Not Intraday.

Hi, I have an Interactive Brokers account and I have followed all the instructions here: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Introduction I am able to get historical Daily/Weekly etc charts for ASX equities. However, it says "Download Failed" once I try to get an intraday chart. I have set downloads to less than 14 days and it still doesn't work. Please advise. Thank you. |

I found my error to fix it. Symbols need to be inputted in the old IB format. So for Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) stock...you would input CBA-STK-ASX to get the intraday chart. Otherwise, it only pulls data from the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service.
