I found my error to fix it. Symbols need to be inputted in the old IB format. So for Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) stock...you would input CBA-STK-ASX to get the intraday chart. Otherwise, it only pulls data from the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service.
