Cannot download historical intraday data

Hi, after more then 1 month of inactivity I updated SC to the latest stable version and now cannot download any historical data. I already tried to delete all data and download button, but only first part applied. Data is gone, but nothing else happened. Session times are set and Use Evening/Full Session checked. Another issue is that SC is downloading data only when the SW is started. So when I start SC for an hour and then close it and reopen 2 hours later, only first hour is visible in chart and nothing between.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

OK, I started SC on sunday and after few minutes all data from the past were downloaded. So close the ticket and sorry for opening the case.
