URGENT PLEASE!!!!!! PENDING ORDERS KEEP DISAPPEARING!!!!!

Hello,

Today we are having troubles with the live trading orders, every time we put a pending (ES, CL, etc) to the live account, first it says "order sent", than it disappears from the chart after a few seconds like it was never been there. It keeps doing this for all the orders we tried today.
I called AMP broker and Rithmic datafeed, they both say they don't see any activities on the account.

Check the Trade Activity Log to see if there has been any express rejection of these orders from Rithmic. Refer to:
Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity

Otherwise, this just sounds like a connectivity issue if the order timed out. But a timeout would take about a minute. Not just a few seconds. So it sounds like they have been rejected.

Try also reconnecting to the data feed to see if that helps:
