After researching the help pages, I am stuck. I am trying to load a stock option into a chart. The underlying stock symbol is SPY. I am following the format found at http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/IBSymbols.html#Option I loaded the following for the SPY September, 04, 2018 $282 Call option: SPY-OPT-20180904-282-C-SMART-100-USD Sierra Chart says the symbol is not found? |

It is Trader Workstation saying the symbol is not found. In general that does seem correct to us. You really need to ask Interactive Brokers for further help. Perhaps the strike price is not properly formatted.
