Is it possible to upload sierra to a cloud server so I can log on and trade it from different locations while I am travailing and will you recommend a cloud service? Thanks

Yes of course. You just need a VPS or preferably a dedicated server running Windows. And use Windows Remote Desktop protocol program to connect to it. You can also use your own home computer if you have a good stable Internet connection. And also connect to it with Remote Desktop protocol.
