chart data not downloading

I have a 60m, daily and weekly charts open for EUR.USD-CASH-IDEALPRO. The 60m chart populates fine with data. But I'm getting "download failed" on the Daily and Weekly charts. All my other Forex pairs seem to download fine. Thanks. |

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings After that, Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Thanks for info. Followed all the instructions and deleted/re-downloaded data. Daily & Weekly historical charts still not loading -- getting download failed. 60min chart loads perfectly fine. The Daily and Weekly charts are duplicates of this chart, but set to different time frames. |
