I cannot get the Data/trade service settings window to open. All I get are instructions about the window but not how to open it.

Within Sierra Chart go to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Does the window open for you there?

A window opens, but it only has instructions about the data/trade services settings and I cannot find a link to the window itself.

Okay we have now sent this to your broker:
We have a user who wants to use Sierra Chart with their account with you. Their account number is ** (Real account number hidden) or at least the account number begins with that.

We need you to configure the account according to the specifications documented here:
CQG Trading Platform Service: CQG Account Requirements

After that we need you to send their CQG username and password to that user. And then let us know when that is done so we can help the user get connected. Otherwise, we cannot help them and your customer is going to get very frustrated.

If we can teach you how to connect a user to CQG, and it is simply explained here:

That would be the best thing. So really if you just read those instructions you will know what to do.

I was sent a CQG user name yesterday and a CQG password so I don't think that's my problem.

I am now begging you to help me. Yes, I said "begging." Tradovate already set up account and sent me a CQG user id and password YESTERDAY. I am certain I am doing something wrong, but cannot figure out what. Please HELP ME.
