Hi SC, Charts have all frozen due to 500 stock limit. what are my choices? |

That does not make sense. You will receive updates on 500 symbols but over that those particular symbols will not update in real time. So the existing 500 symbols within the limit will still update. First thing we want you to do is to reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers If you need more symbols we will ask Barchart about a higher symbol limit. Hi SC, In the qouteboard, i selected Symbols & from Symbol list selected symbols and added Nasdaq symbols and did this again on another quoteboard selecting Nyse symbols. What is the reasoning for this option if we can't really use it? kindest regards |

It is useful for scanning. But not adding to a quote board.
