Issue w/ 5yr note futures volume data on DOM

Hi, I'm having issues with data on what i believe to be only affecting 5yr notes. I get depth but am unable to view volume on the DOM and unable to recenter. I've tested DOMS on most equity indexes, currencies, and energy but it only seems to be affecting the 5yr. Attached is a pic of what Im looking at. First thing we want you to do is to reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers And see if this corrects the problem initially. Thanks for the timely response, After disconnecting and reconnecting it worked great for about an hour and then I came back to my desk and it was back in the same spot not loading volume and unable to recenter and stays that way when I disconnect/reconnect again
