We are moving brokers and have a new TT FIX session setup and are wondering if there are any price multipliers that might be messing with our charts.

In the case of using TT FIX, there are price multipliers which are used which are set to values other than 1 which are relevant but those are automatically set when the symbol of the chart is properly set to a TT FIX symbol. My trader noticed when we connected to the new broker the prices were all off, connecting back to the old broker they were fine. I'm guess we will have to adjust the settings in Sierra Chart to compensate correct?
