Using a tick chart set to 1 with the T&S studies added and viewing T&S on a spreadsheet. The smallest time difference between records appears to be 0.00000006 or just over 5 ms. So orders which have a unique time stamp on the T&S window can have the exact same time (to 16 decimal places) on the spreadsheet. What am I doing wrong? I have searched the forum for a answer but was unsuccessful. Thanks in advance for your patience.

You definitely can differentiate these on a Spreadsheet because those display double precision numbers. Certainly the formulas are going to be using the full precision. You may need to change the Number Format through the Spreadsheet menu for the cells.

Just make sure that Sierra Chart is also set to a tick by tick data configuration:

Thank you for the response. These days I check everything I can think of before posting a question (including the points you mentioned). To state the issue more clearly I can say that the bar time (column A on the spreadsheet) matches the time in the T&S window but they differ from the time generated by the Time and Sales Time study. I just realized that I can use the bar time instead of the study (the fact I didn't think of this before posting can be blamed on my creeping senility. Please consider this thread close; I want to conserve my support time for when I can't find a work around.

Okay actually that does make sense because the Time and Sales study time does have less precision with times due to the storage format.
