On Live account ???? With Trade Window?? Will not put entry on my TPO Chart??? [visual ~~] Has Been Working ~~~~ Will put it on Sim 1 chart ??? Thx Gene :) |

Called I.B.They told me to try Mkt. And Limit orders. Mkt. went ok So did Limit. If Mkt went and Limit did not. Be a problem. So looks like they ok. Assuming on your end>!?!?!!? Oil get orders to show on Sierra chart. Not on I.B. Trader Work Station. ES Mini No show on Sierra Chart . Shows on Trader Work Station . ZB Bonds Shows on charts <> Not on Trader Work Station. Only thing I got from IB was to do with content .. i.e. decimals and how the orders are entered in on your end. I did down load 1776 latest version Sierra. Didn't help :( The Gene hope this helped .. |

Was hoping you had a problem there. ~~~ It works on the Sierra Sim. Not on the Live. When I post an order (Live Acc't) on The Sierra Chart: Using Trade Window: It goes through to I.B and shows up On my Trader Work Station Platform. Not on the chart. Also if I cancel the order !!!!! I have to do it from I.B. Trader Work Station, It's not on the S. Chart ??? Also I have no Alert. "Order Has Been Cancelled" Alerts gone too???? I opened a new chart <> Same thing...... I'll send a chart ???? |

Resolved :) Was issue with IB a'cct. API needed changing . |
