entry disappearing

I placed a trade on ZB and my entry price kept disappearing and reappearing. It was also showing I was never in the position on the trade and position tab. Once the entry appeared back on my chart I flattened the position and it reversed my entry.

Are you referring to the position line on the chart appearing and disappearing? The Positions tab of the Trade Orders and Positions window is reporting the information from Rithmic, in your case. Refer to: Trading Information Windows: Incorrectly Reported Trade Position Quantity So this sounds like some kind of Rithmic issue. yes,I was referring to the position line on the chart. Also Rithmic said they would be happy to accept an issue report from them if they can show it's a Rithmic issue. No other R|API platforms have reported similar issues.
