The white highlighted box indicating market price isn't at/between the bid/offer liquidity, I am also not seeing the market orders print into the current traded quantity columns in the middle, I had AMP connect to my PC to try and work it out to no avail and was referred here.

Go to that chart or Trading DOM and select Window >> Current Quote Window. Do you see the correct and up-to-date prices there? If not, this is a data feed issue.

Sounds like your account is not authorized for real-time data for the symbol.

It just makes no sense, it doesn't align with the liquidity being displayed, I have no idea whether it's the data/AMP or the software, perhaps speak with AMP about the details of my feed and then conduct a remote session to troubleshoot.

I'm subscribed to the standard CBOT as far as I know.

Thanks

Do you see changes with the last trade price on the Trading DOM?

Looks like you are getting the initial snapshot of market depth but it is not updating. Just to confirm go to Chart >> Open Market Depth Window. Check to see if you notice any changes with the market depth there. If not, then make sure your CQG account is authorized for CBOT market depth data.

This issue with market depth could not be a software issue.

I just reinstalled Sierra Chart and it appears to be working now.

This would only be coincidental. A reinstallation is not in and of itself going to solve something like this.
