I am also not seeing the market orders print into the current traded quantity columns in the middle, Do you see changes with the last trade price on the Trading DOM? Looks like you are getting the initial snapshot of market depth but it is not updating. Just to confirm go to Chart >> Open Market Depth Window. Check to see if you notice any changes with the market depth there. If not, then make sure your CQG account is authorized for CBOT market depth data.
