Hi SC Team,

An issue of fills not being updated exists, when I am filled with a server side pending order, while not logged in. The next time I log into sierra charts, my position is still seemingly displayed as "open", with the "show trade fills" on chart function. but my server side orders disappear. they are reflected as "canceling due to no order update from server" on <Trade Activity>. please see attached file [canceling due to no order update from server (HG only).txt], that contains the relevant lines. also attached the message log for the session where I found no updates on my server fill [log - canceling due to no order update from server.txt]

to mitigate risk, I will flatten my position via SC's "Flatten All". A check on open positions with my broker (AMP Futures), show that my server side order was indeed filled, & I am already flat

How can I update my latest server side fills, that execute when I am not logged into Sierra Chart, when I next log in? Refresh Trade Data does not work. I am using the latest SC version 1768 32-bit. & am trading with SC + Rithmic

While this is most likely not the problem, I should mention that I am using SC on different pcs to trade. There are no issues when trades are filled when I am logged into Sierra Charts. I can also copy the <TradeActivityLog.dat> & <TradePositionData.xml> files across pcs to reflect all updated trades

Thank you

This is definitively 110% something that we can provide no help with whatsoever and we will not respond further.

Refer to:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TradeActivityLog.php#MissingOrderFills

If you want a solution to this problem use the CTS low-cost connection model:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/CTS_T4.php#SetupInstructionsForAdvancedLowCostConnectionModel

At some point we are also going to drop support for Rithmic as well. But anyway that is not a concern for you at this time.
