Continuous contract won't load after deleting intraday data and redownloading

The first time I downloaded 365 days worth of continuous contract historical+intraday data for crude oil, it was corrupted. So I deleted both the historical+intraday files and attempted to redownload the continuous contract for CL. The historical data downloads just fine but SC fails to redownload the intraday data after that very first try. This happens with any other symbol. I am using CQG webapi connection on demo mode. I could download each contract month one by one but that would be tedious. I want to be able to redownload the previous months' intraday data when I select continuous contract volume based rollover from chart settings. It won't allow me to do that after the very first attempt.

It is very very rare you would ever have to delete files. You should not follow that procedure.
