Header of Charts not showing the pair name

Hello, I downloaded the latest version of charts (version 1768) and now the header of each individual chart doesn't show the name of the pair anymore. I saved and closed GreenCharts, and also rebooted my computer. It is still not showing. Please help.

I erred: it's not the header of the chart that doesn't show, it's all the information on the thick title bar.

What do you see on the title bar of one particular chart? Is it completely blank.

We are not observing any problems with this ourselves.

I have this same thing occurring in v1768, but only if I open a second chartbook, and then focus the first chartbook.

Then the text in the Title Bar disappears on charts in both chartbooks.

Okay that is interesting, we know what was done that apparently is related to this, but it is just an efficiency improvement, and it should not cause this problem . Also we do not notice this when having 2 Chartbook's open.

Same problem here - multiple chart books open and the title bar is blank on some charts in chartbooks. Running 1776. Has the update for this issue been released yet?

We are not sure why it happens and we cannot reproduce the problem. Anyway we thought of a solution, not really that efficient but will do it. This might be some sort of Windows 10 type of issue.

Okay we understand the condition under which it occurs. It is when the option to Destroy Chart Windows When Hidden is enabled in the General Settings.
